Founder Bio

Neil F. Anderson has been helping people start their own business since 2001. Before starting The Courage Group, Inc., Neil spent over 20 years in the airline business. Starting as part-time ramp agent for US Air. And as a sales Intern at Northwest Airlines, while going to college. Neil also held a variety of field sales and management jobs at Ozark Airlines, American Airlines, and American Eagle Airlines.

Originally from North Dakota, Neil now lives in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. And earned his Associate’s Degree from Normandale Community College. And a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Minnesota.
